Release 23.Q4.R2

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we’ve made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

To ensure greater compatibility, our endpoints now support TLS 1.3, as well as TLS 1.2.

Portal

We’ve improved the UBO PDF to display more shareholder information. Additionally, we’ve reorganized the image sequence in the Individual PDF Report to facilitate easier review of the captured images.
