# Exporting entities as CSV

To export entities as a CSV file, follow these steps:

1. Select the entities you want to export by checking the boxes next to them. You can select multiple entities at once.

  When you choose to select all entities, you only get to select those that have been loaded. To select more, scroll down to load more entities.

2. Click on the **Actions** dropdown menu (represented by 3 dots) located at the top right of the entities list.
3. From the dropdown menu, select **Export as CSV**.
4. The system will generate a CSV file containing the selected entities' data.
5. Once the export is complete, a download link will be provided. Click on the link to download the CSV file to your computer.
6. Open the downloaded CSV file using a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to view the exported entities.
