Internal blocklist will have these attributes called as “entries” in the Frankie system. Entries are “rules” that our Customers have setup that tells Frankie system to match with during Blocklist checks. ## Key capabilities * List and Search * Add to blocklist * Remove from blocklist * View a blocklist entry * Update a blocklist entry Access the Blocklist feature by clicking on the blocklist option located at the side navigation.

Some customers might name their Internal Blocklist as something else.

The icon above should be the indicator that it is the blocklist feature. ### Blocklisted attribute * **Attributes** – These are entries created so that Frankie system will match against it * **Matched profile** – These are entries created by manually “Add to blocklist” an EXISTING entity Description and other columns – Entry details upon creation/update. **Create Blocklist Entry** Each new potential customer’s details will be compared with all of the profiles in your blocklist. If a match is found, FrankieOne will block that customer from onboarding pending further review in the portal. The rules that are used to find a blocklist match are configurable based on your specific business requirements. Speak to customer support to find out more about your blocklist rule matching. #### Add to blocklist - trigger

#### Add to blocklist - modal Users can add a blocklist entry by selecting the attributes that suits their need. Attributes available are **Name**, **DoB**, **Phone Number**, **Email**, **Full Address**, **Identity Docs**. Users can optionally add a Blocklist reason (configured per customer) and a comment. Users can select multiple reasons. Single attribute

Only applicable for Attribute entries. If the change is updating attributes (values or types) then the system will mark the original entry as deleted. A new entry will be created on its behalf. If the change is simply updating reasons, system will not create a new entry. As part of Portal standards, any manual review action will require a **comment**. #### Blocklist entry view - Matched profile
