# New Portal URLs for FrankieOne

## FrankieOne Portal URL Update

We’re making it easier to access our platform by updating our portal URLs to a new domain: **`*.frankie.one`**.

### What’s Changing?

* Our portal URLs are moving to **`*.frankie.one`**. The new production URL will be: `https://portal.frankie.one`.
* Old URLs will remain accessible during the transition.

### Timeline

* **Q1 2025** – Both old and new URLs will work.
* **Q2 2025** – Old URLs will start redirecting to the new ones.

### What You Need to Know

* **No impact on portal access**: Both URLs (old and new Portal URLs) will function during the transition.
* No action needed for most users.
* **SSO users**: You may need to update configurations once redirection starts.

### Known references to the old URLs

The following intentionally continue to use the old domain. No action is required:

* **SAML/SSO setup** — the SSO endpoints (ACS and logout URLs) registered in your identity provider remain on the legacy **`*.frankiefinancial.io`** domain. Do not update your IdP configuration unless FrankieOne asks you to.
* **Password reset emails** — reset links may still point to the old Portal URL (`https://portal.kycaml.frankiefinancial.io`). These links continue to work.
