# Analytics dashboard

> This guide explains the analytics dashboard available to Fraud and Compliance Officers in the FrankieOne Portal. The dashboard provides operational metrics and reporting insights for Transaction and Activity Monitoring (TM).

# Accessing the dashboard

The [analytics dashboard](/docs/dashboard) is accessible from the main navigation in the FrankieOne Portal. TM metrics are displayed in the Activity tab.

**Required permission:** Access analytics dashboard

# Activity tab

The **Activity** tab provides operational metrics for Transaction and Activity Monitoring (TM). Use this tab to monitor alert volumes, review resolution performance, and assess the effectiveness of your monitoring rules over time.

## Available metrics

| Metric                                    | Description                                                                                                                                |
| ----------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Average time to review and resolve alerts | The average time taken to resolve a closed alert, calculated from when the alert was created to when it was resolved.                      |
| Daily alerts created                      | The number of new alerts generated per day.                                                                                                |
| Daily alerts closed                       | The number of alerts resolved or closed per day. Closed statuses include True positive: Accept, True positive: Reject, and False positive. |
| Alert Creation and Closure Trends         | Tracks daily alert creation against closure rates to monitor workload balance and identify potential backlogs                              |
| True positive rate                        | The proportion of reviewed alerts that were marked as True positive (Accept or Reject).                                                    |
| False positive rate                       | The proportion of reviewed alerts that were marked as False positive.                                                                      |
| Confirmed fraud rate                      | The proportion of monitored activities that included at least one confirmed fraud alert.                                                   |
| Alerts by status                          | The count of alerts per resolution status per day.                                                                                         |
| Alert Distribution                        | Shows how alerts are distributed by time-to-review bands helping teams quickly spot backlogs and unusually long review times.              |

### Filters

You can filter the Activity tab by date range to focus on a specific time period.
