Overview

Getting access to the FrankieOne Portal is a straightforward process. FrankieOne provides initial portal access to your organization, and from there, authorized users can invite and manage additional team members. This guide explains:
  • How initial portal access is granted
  • How to add new users
  • Portal environments and versions (V1 and V2)
  • User roles, permissions, and security considerations

Portal Environments and URLs

FrankieOne provides two environments for your use.

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Purpose: Testing, configuration, and training in a safe environment.

Production

Purpose: Live environment for real customer verifications.
Important: Always test new workflows and configurations in UAT before deploying them to Production.

Getting Your Initial Portal Access

Step 1: FrankieOne Sets Up Your Account

When you become a FrankieOne customer, your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Team will:
  • Create your organization’s account in UAT and Production
  • Set up an initial Administrator user (usually your primary contact)
  • Provide login and environment details
  • Send a welcome email with password setup instructions
This initial setup is handled entirely by FrankieOne.

Step 2: First Administrator Logs In

The initial Administrator will:
  • Receive a welcome email from FrankieOne
  • Set their password using the email link
  • Log in using the correct environment URLs
  • Verify access to both UAT and Production (if applicable)

Step 3: Administrator Invites Additional Users

Once logged in, the Administrator can invite and manage users without FrankieOne’s assistance.

Adding New Users to Your Portal

After the initial setup, your Administrator can add users independently.

For Administrators: How to Add New Users

Portal

  1. Go to Profile Menu → Settings → User Management
  2. Click Add new user
  3. Enter the user’s full name and email address
  4. Assign at least one role (required)
  5. Click Add user

For New Users: Activating Your Account

Once your account is created:
  • Check your email for an automated message from FrankieOne
  • Set your password using the link provided
  • Log in to the portal using the correct environment URL
  • Review your assigned permissions

Requesting Portal Access

If You’re a New Team Member

(typically someone in Compliance, Operations, or IT)
  2. Request access and provide:
    • Your full name
    • Your work email address
    • Required role(s)
    • Required environment(s): UAT, Production, or both
  3. Wait for the invitation email and follow the setup instructions

If You’re the First User at Your Organization

Contact your FrankieOne Customer Success Manager or Implementation Team. They will:
  • Create your organization’s account
  • Set you up as the initial Administrator
  • Provide login details and documentation

Understanding Portal Versions

FrankieOne offers two portal versions. Your organization may use V1, V2, or both.

User Roles and Permissions

Default Roles

  • Administrator – Full access to all portal features
  • Operator – Manages entities and verifications
  • Compliance Officer – View-only access with reporting

Environment Best Practices

  • Always test changes in UAT first
  • Restrict Production access to essential users
  • Never reuse credentials across environments
  • Maintain separate user accounts for UAT and Production

Reminder: FrankieOne provides your initial portal access. Once established, your Administrator fully manages users, roles, and permissions. At least one role is required to access the portal.
