Here’s what’s new in this release of the FrankieOne platform:

KYC

  • Centrix: Support for Building Names
    Building names can now be included in the data sent for verification, if the configuration is enabled for a customer.

  • Socure: Expanded Enrichment Capabilities

    • Enrichment capabilities now allow a 4-digit input to return a 9-digit match if available in Socure’s database.
    • The Prefill module now supports verifying U.S. customers using only the last 4 digits of their SSN.
    • When a KYC Plus or Prefill match is found, and configuration is enabled, data such as SSN, date of birth, name, and address will automatically populate the entity for streamlined processing.
