The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we’ve made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

  • Equifax NZL validation is available only for NZ documents.
  • Onfido sends back an “in progress” status for motion or document checks that don’t complete on time.

Portal

Fixes

  • Fixed portal navigation issues related to the back button and navigating to the Parent Entity overview from sub-entities like UBOs.
  • Resolved an issue where the document preview wasn’t sized correctly.
