Improved Address Mapping for Trust Agent: We’ve addressed an issue where the suburb information wasn’t being correctly captured for Trust Agent.

Bug fixes

• NFC Document Handling Addressed: Addressed an issue preventing the viewing and editing of entities with NFC data.

• Biometric Report Visibility Resolved: Addressed an issue preventing the display of biometric report details for specific entities restoring access to crucial verification information.

• Document Date/Time Consistency: Addressed inconsistencies in document date and time display within the UI.

• Biometric Report Accessibility: Resolved an issue that prevented users from accessing the biometric report. This restored the availability of essential verification data.

• Account Dropdown Display Improved: Fixed an overflow issue in the Account dropdown for customers with long names.

• Risk Factors Tooltip Enhanced: The tooltip for Risk Factors has been expanded to display the full description.

OneSDK

OneSDK v1.7.14

• Enhanced OCR Review with Manual Address Input: The OCR review screen now defaults to manual address input, ensuring accurate and complete address information by requiring users to fill in individual address fields.

• Configurable OCR Field Extraction: Customers can now configure which specific fields should be pre-filled after OCR extraction, providing greater control over the data review process.

• Rate Limit Investigation for OneSDK Calls: We’ve implemented measures to investigate and potentially rate-limit critical calls within the OneSDK to ensure stability and prevent rapid successive executions.

• Additional Error Handling:

  • We’ve addressed several scenarios to provide clearer error messages and a smoother user experience, particularly when encountering issues with OCR or missing permissions.

  • Improved error Response of OCR Failures. When it fails or an invalid document is provided, system now returns a more informative error code (not a generic 500), allowing for better error handling.

• Incode version 1.75.2 support is now available. For those using embedded, you may update sdkversion to point to this version, while customers using Hosted OneSDK will automatically fetch this version.

A fix has been implemented for Vietnamese passport and driver’s license incorrect name mapping.

Here’s what’s new in this release of the FrankieOne platform:

Portal

• Enhanced passport field for Chinese (CHN) entities to accept full names in Chinese characters, improving accuracy and compliance.
• Improved the handling of New Zealand birth certificate checks allowing for a broader range of input formats for registration numbers, and updating related API documentation and mapping documents.
• Fixed an issue preventing the selection of “All entities” in entity updates unless all channels were selected. This resolves a major usability issue.
• Reinstated the ability to access the front image of licenses improving efficiency.
• Resolved a discrepancy between the portal and PDF reports for shareholder information in single-level business ownership reports, ensuring data consistency.

KYB

Fixed Webhook on Adding Associated Entity: Fixed a bug preventing the proper delivery of webhooks when an associated party is added to an entity. Customers will now receive timely notifications about associated entity updates.

KYC

General improvements for connector country mapping and internal alert updates.

Trust Agent

• Enhanced Document Uploads: We’ve optimized how large document uploads are handled, so you can process bigger batches faster and more reliably.

KYC

• We now support the YT province code in Equifax Canada.

• General improvements around name match, handling of OCR error when submitting a new document type, DOB comparison accuracy and logging have been implemented.

Portal/Fraud

Updates:

• Ownership Insights:
  • You’ll see an improved display in the Owners and Officeholders tab.
  • Descriptors have been added to the blocking entities table to make it easier for you to interpret.
  • Thresholds are now formatted more clearly for better readability.
  • Address displays are consistent across the feature, making it easier for you to review data.
• Address Matching: We’ve improved the display of address matches in the Personal Information section, giving you a clearer view of the details.
• Visual Tree Display: Deregistered shareholders are now accurately displayed in the Visual Tree, ensuring you remain compliant and confident in the data.

Fixes:

• Document Information: We’ve resolved an issue that caused duplicate fields to appear when you expanded Document Info in the Personal Info tab.
• Role Management: You can now save role permissions without issues, especially for entity views and biometrics manual override options.
• KYC Checks: You won’t encounter problems proceeding with KYC checks when the postal code field is optional and left empty.
• Multi-Rulesets Display: We’ve fixed an issue with how multi-rulesets were displayed in the React portal version, ensuring a smoother experience for you.

Portal/Fraud

Updates

• Enhanced Unit Holder Management: Users can now review and edit the number of units each unit holder holds within a unit trust, improving accuracy and efficiency.
• Ownership Insights Enhancements: We’ve improved the Owners & Officeholders tab to incorporate data from Ownership Insights, when enabled (Australia only). This includes updated displays for Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), blocking entities, and other owners. These changes align data with the UBO PDF Report.

Fixes

• Bug Fixed for Scrolling through Child Accounts: Resolved an issue preventing scrolling through a large number of child accounts for certain customers.
• Bug Fixed for International Passport Check: To improve identity verification accuracy, the system will utilise VEVO and DVS for all international passport checks. Customers currently using only VEVO for this purpose will be contacted.

KYC

• General improvements have been implemented around postcode risk assessment, document mapping when no OCR is retrieved, and a connector update for handling support documents with no ID.

    Important Note: If you are using MacOS 14 or earlier and encounter issues loading the dashboard in Safari, we recommend using an alternative browser or upgrading to the latest version of MacOS.

• Fraud and TM Monitoring Improvements:
  • Implemented validation of the customer reference number
  • Update transaction monitoring issue types for Entity Profiles
• General portal improvements and bug fixes
  • Fixed issue where date fields weren’t loading the icon
  • Fixed broken image icon when viewing photos of customer ID’s
  • Resolved issue preventing users from clearing the phone number field in the Portal
  • Fixed intermittent invalid time errors on the Personal Info tab
  • Addressed intermittent display issues with VEVO checks on the Personal Info tab
  • Improved manual override experience — no page refresh required
  • Fixed issue where the “Date of Issue” field sometimes appeared blank.
  • Corrected UI alignment on the Biometrics ORC results page
  • Fixed layout and preview issues with PDFs in Trust analyser
  • Fixed a Portal International KYB issue where the cancel button wasn’t always responsive
  • Implemented security enhancements to harden the platform

OneSDK

Updates

We’ve added Webpack Support to expand the compatibility of OneSDK with build tools.

Fixes

• The ID Type wasn’t being highlighted when a document was already added. This is now fixed.
• The timestamp in the Portal now correctly shows the submission time of the entity details. Previously, it displayed the time when OneSDK was initialized.
• Fixed a bug where a duplicate screen appeared when the back button was disabled in a single-page customer implementation.
• An error has been fixed where it was mistakenly showing up in headless OCR.
• The biometric instructions text for users has been fixed to ensure it doesn’t appear too low on the screen.
