  1. Update to document image in smartUI (Thailand)
  2. Additional document types added to Frankie API
  3. Increased file size and formats available to support the document upload functiuon
  4. Addressed a SSO issue specific to one customer where they couldn’t see their checks within Frankie Portal
  5. Office Holders, Directors, Beneficial Owners (including ultimate) now available in Portal following an ownership check
  6. Smart UI - Added ability to add support documents (in limited beta)

Owners and Office Holders tab - Business Entities

  • We’ve created a dedicated owner & officeholders tab within the portal to display any owners and officeholder identified following a single level business report or an ultimate beneficial owner report

SmartUI

Support Document Upload (In Beta with select customers)

Our customers are at times required to provide supplementary documents to support a verification check e.g. Proof of Address or House Registration/Rental Agreement. These support documents can’t be verified against a public database and require manual verification. To solve for this use case we’ve developed a document page within the within the smartUI. From here, support documents are visible within the ‘Document Upload’ tab in portal
