Main updates as follows

1. Portal

   • Automatic resolution when an inactive entities is identified as a duplicate.
   • Added “Risk” filter option to the drop-down issue menu
   • Added tooltip and copy button to support display of long customer reference
   • Improved stability and included performance monitoring

2. Smart UI v4

   • Separated acceptedCountries for documents and addresses in Smart UI giving customers flexibility to choose country of addresses not linked to the list of country documents that they want to accept as ID documents. 3. Core

   • Added retries to Biometrics failures
   • Enabled handling of long customer reference up to 255 characters

4. KYB

   • Ability to select a recipe and send a smartUI link (including support document) via SMS from portal for UBOs and officeholders (in beta with select customers)
   • Tagging any changes or updates PII that’s different to registry data
   • Enabled ability to run PEP checks following a credit report for businesses
