Main updates as follows

1. Portal

   • License number and License version are made mandatory
   • Improved password reset error handling for portal log in
   • Other UI bug fixes

2. Biometrics “resend” the link via the FrankieOne Portal update.

   1. When you “Start Biometrics” and or “Resend” Biometrics from the portal we’ve now standardised the biometrics options presented to your customers.

   2. The document selection and what’s displayed to users will vary depending on your configuration AND what Government ID documents are already on the profile. The various options and outcomes:

      1. The customer has no selected government ID on their profile;

         • When you trigger Biometrics they will be presented with all the standard document types: Passport, National ID and Drivers Licence. Note the customer needs to select one and proceed through biometrics on that selected document type.

      2. The customer has a Drivers Licences on their profile;

         • they will be presented with the Drivers Licence biometrics option.

      3. The customer has a Passport on their profile;

         • they will be presented with the Passport biometrics option.

      4. The customer has a National ID on their profile;

         • they will be presented with the National ID biometrics option.

Standard document types supported are:

1. Passport
2. National ID
3. Drivers License
