The following fields must match exactly as shown on the passport:

Passport Number Format

Philippine passport numbers follow this pattern:

  • First character: Letter (usually ‘P’ for regular passports)
  • Following characters: 7 digits
  • Total length: 8 characters
  • Example: P1234567
  • ID Type: Must be PASSPORT
  • Country Code: Must be PHL
  • Passport Number: Provided in idNumber field
    • Format: One letter followed by 7 digits (e.g., P1234567)
  • Date of Birth: Must be in YYYY-MM-DD format
