What is the FrankieOne Portal?
The FrankieOne Portal is your single point of truth for all individual and business identity verification, AML, and Fraud checks. Use the Portal to manage your onboarding and compliance operations, investigate fraud and risky behaviour, and convert high-quality users. Once you implement FrankieOne, at the end of your customer’s onboarding or ongoing activity, your customer’s personal information will be sent to FrankieOne for us to assess their level of risk and perform a predefined sequence of steps (known as a “workflow”) to return an overall status for that customer. You can use the FrankieOne Portal to check the status of customer checks, manually review high-risk or unclear customer profiles, or audit previous customer checks.Logging into the Portal
To log in to the FrankieOne Portal, please visit login page. Enter your login credentials.
Changing passwords
To change your password, go to your profile options and select Change Password.




Resetting passwords
If you encounter any issue with logging into your account using your current password, you can reset it.

Unlocking accounts
After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security purposes. If this occurs, please reach out to your system administrator for assistance and further information.
