FrankieOne Portal URL Update

We’re making it easier to access our platform by updating our portal URLs to a new domain: *.frankie.one.

What’s Changing?

  • Our portal URLs are moving to *.frankie.one. The new production URL will be: https://portal.frankie.one.
  • Old URLs will remain accessible during the transition.

Timeline

  • Q1 2025 – Both old and new URLs will work.
  • Q2 2025 – Old URLs will start redirecting to the new ones.

What You Need to Know

  • No impact on portal access: Both URLs (old and new Portal URLs) will function during the transition.
  • No action needed for most users.
  • SSO users: You may need to update configurations once redirection starts.

Known references to the old URLs

The following intentionally continue to use the old domain. No action is required:
  • SAML/SSO setup — the SSO endpoints (ACS and logout URLs) registered in your identity provider remain on the legacy *.frankiefinancial.io domain. Do not update your IdP configuration unless FrankieOne asks you to.
  • Password reset emails — reset links may still point to the old Portal URL (https://portal.kycaml.frankiefinancial.io). These links continue to work.
