Changing and Re-running a Workflow

Switch checks or trigger a new run when something changes.

Change an entity’s workflow

You might need a different set of checks after new information arrives—for example, moving from a Safe Harbour workflow to an Enhanced Due Diligence workflow.

  1. Open the entity.
  2. Click the menu and choose Edit profile.
  3. In Edit entity details, pick a new Workflow from the drop-down.
  4. Click Save & Verify. The Portal saves the change and immediately runs the new workflow on the existing data.

Run a workflow manually

Sometimes you only need to re-run the current workflow (for example, after correcting a name or adding a document).

  1. Open the entity.
  2. Press Save & Verify (top-right). If Save & Verify is greyed out, make a small edit — such as adding a comment — to enable it.
  3. A fresh event appears in the Workflow events tab with status Unchecked, then updates to Pass/Fail as checks finish.

You can repeat these manual runs as often as needed; each run is listed as Attempt #2, Attempt #3, and so on in the event history.
