Risk Assessment

The FrankieOne Risk Assessment considers a set of criteria (Risk Factors) and uses a weighted scoring mechanism to determine the customer’s Risk Level.

A Risk Assessment is performed on every new customer profile and also at multiple stages throughout the check process. The Risk Assessment is updated as further information becomes available based on the result of each check.

A customer’s Risk Level can also determine what checks are required. i.e., A high-risk customer may require more checks to be completed than a low-risk customer.

The below table shows a basic example of the Risk Level changing based on the result of each check:

Only select roles are given permission to “Modify risk level”: Operator and Administrator.

If Risk assessment is disabled or not configured for your workflow (or account), these views will not be shown.

Risk Factors are the criteria through which Risk Score is determined. View the Risk Factors calculated by viewing the Risk drawer. Risk factors are configured in your FrankieOne account. If you’d like more information on how a Risk Profile is configured, please reach out to your account manager.

The customer’s latest risk level is found at the Profile tab.

Entity view - Workflow Events

The customer’s overall Risk Level is found at the same level as their workflow. Clicking Risk score will show the risk drawer.

Workflow events

The expanded risk drawer shows the risk factors, values, and its scores. From here, users with sufficient permissions can trigger override risk level (if needed).

Select the risk level and leave a comment.

Risk assessment is also shown on previous workflows executions.

Viewing a previous execution’s risk assessment will show a banner and allow users to be redirected to the latest execution
