Accessing the dashboard

The analytics dashboard is accessible from the main navigation in the FrankieOne Portal. The dashboard is organized into tabs, each covering a different area. TM metrics are found in the Activity tab.

Activity tab

The Activity tab provides operational metrics for Transaction and Activity Monitoring (TM). Use this tab to monitor alert volumes, review resolution performance, and assess the effectiveness of your monitoring rules over time.

Available metrics

MetricDescription
Average time to review and resolve alertsThe average time taken to resolve a closed alert, calculated from when the alert was created to when it was resolved.
Daily alerts createdThe number of new alerts generated per day.
Daily alerts closedThe number of alerts resolved or closed per day. Closed statuses include True positive: Accept, True positive: Reject, and False positive.
Alert Creation and Closure TrendsTracks daily alert creation against closure rates to monitor workload balance and identify potential backlogs
True positive rateThe proportion of reviewed alerts that were marked as True positive (Accept or Reject).
False positive rateThe proportion of reviewed alerts that were marked as False positive.
Confirmed fraud rateThe proportion of monitored activities that included at least one confirmed fraud alert.
Alerts by statusThe count of alerts per resolution status per day.
Alert DistributionShows how alerts are distributed by time-to-review bands helping teams quickly spot backlogs and unusually long review times.

Filters

You can filter the Activity tab by date range to focus on a specific time period.
