A workflow allows you to change the combination of checks that are performed on a customer at any given time in the customer’s lifecycle. To change the ‘workflow’ via the Portal.
  1. Open the entity profile.
  2. Select Edit profile from the profile menu.
  1. In the Edit entity details page, select the preferred workflow from the Workflow dropdown menu.
  1. Select Save & Verify to run the new workflow.
