A customer profile contains all of the personal information of an individual as well as the checks that have been run on that customer.

Overview

The overview tab shows the checks that have been run on this customer and the result of each of these checks. The type and order of checks that have been run on a particular customer are defined in the Recipe assigned to that customer. Use the tabs on the top of the Customer Profile to navigate to the available check results. View the Risk and Status at the top of the profile.

Assign a user to a profile

To assign a user to a customer profile, use the dropdown box in the top right corner.
